Bee U NYC programs are designed to support students in pursuing careers in the green economy. With this in mind, Bee U NYC created the Green Jobs Pipeline, a workforce development program focused on early-career workforce placements and mentorship, for alumni of our high school and college-aged programs.
The Pipeline connects our alumni to paid, real-world roles in environmental sustainability and the green sector. We match candidates with mission-aligned partners for workforce placements.
Participants receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and career coaching, building the skills and networks during their early career that lead to long-term job opportunities. Interested employers and Bee U NYC alumni can apply to be matched for upcoming cohorts.

Launching in 2027, Bee U NYC’s Finance & Entrepreneurship Track will expand the Green Jobs Pipeline to integrate financial literacy, corporate exposure, and business development into our workforce model. Developed in partnership with leading financial corporations, the track will provide paid placements, hands on workshops, and mentorship opportunities for young adults ages 18 to 24 who are transitioning into early careers. Participants will build practical skills in budgeting, credit, investing fundamentals, and wealth building strategies, while also gaining exposure to corporate environments and financial career pathways.
In addition to personal finance education, participants will engage in applied entrepreneurship projects connected to sustainability and community based enterprises. Youth will develop and pitch capstone ideas such as small scale ventures tied to urban agriculture, environmental education, or product development, strengthening both financial capability and entrepreneurial thinking.
